Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups of bread cubes
  • 1 cup of vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup of finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup of chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup of fresh parsley
  • 2 teaspoons of dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 2 eggs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes and vegetable broth; let sit for 5 minutes.
  • In a skillet, sauté the onion and celery until soft, about 5 minutes.
  • Add the sautéed vegetables to the bread mixture.
  • Stir in parsley, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Beat the eggs in a separate bowl, then mix them into the stuffing mixture.
  • Form the mixture into balls, about the size of a golf ball.
  • Place the balls on a greased baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Serve warm, drizzled with your favorite sauce.
