- 1 cup cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
Add chopped spinach, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese to the mixture.
Stir in minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
