- 1 can 10 oz Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese cubed
- 1/2 cup cooked crumbled ground beef (optional)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Tortilla chips for serving
In a medium saucepan, combine the cubed Velveeta cheese and Rotel tomatoes.
If using ground beef, add it to the saucepan.
