  • 1 can 10 oz Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese cubed
  • 1/2 cup cooked crumbled ground beef (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a medium saucepan, combine the cubed Velveeta cheese and Rotel tomatoes.
  • If using ground beef, add it to the saucepan.
  • Heat the mixture over medium-low heat.
  • Stir occasionally until the cheese melts completely.
  • Add garlic powder and onion powder for extra flavor.
  • Mix thoroughly until well combined and creamy.
  • Remove from heat once fully melted.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl.
