- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon butter for greasing
