Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz lo mein noodles
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 cup bell peppers sliced
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 1 cup bok choy chopped
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Toss in the sliced bell peppers and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add snow peas and bok choy, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Push the vegetables to the side of the skillet.
  • Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, combining with the vegetables.
  • Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, tossing everything together.
  • Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  • Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
