- 8 oz lo mein noodles
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup bell peppers sliced
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1 cup bok choy chopped
- 2 green onions sliced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Toss in the sliced bell peppers and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add snow peas and bok choy, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
Push the vegetables to the side of the skillet.
Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, combining with the vegetables.
Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, tossing everything together.
Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
