- 1 lb sirloin steak cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- 1 tablespoon butter
Cut the sirloin steak into bite-sized pieces.
