- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 slider buns
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Pickles for topping
- Ketchup for serving
- Mustard for serving
- Butter for brushing buns
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, combine ground beef, onion powder, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
Mix until just combined; avoid overmixing.
Divide the beef mixture into 12 equal portions and shape them into patties.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
