- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Wash the broccoli and cauliflower under cold water.
Cut the broccoli and cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli and cauliflower florets.
Add the halved cherry tomatoes and sliced red onion to the bowl.
