  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
  • Your favorite wing sauce for tossing

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
  • In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with olive oil and spices.
  • Toss the wings until they are evenly coated.
  • Arrange the wings in a single layer on the wire rack.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  • Flip the wings and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until crispy.
  • If desired, toss the wings in your favorite sauce.
  • Return them to the oven for 5 more minutes to set the sauce.
  • Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
